Christie offers a program that consists of six sessions purposely designed to ride the waves of grief with you.

This program is more than conventional grief counselling. It offers 6 face to face support sessions, access to follow up in between and provision of resources. 

There are tools and strategies to prepare us for the ebb and flow of grief, even if you're not sure if you are truly ready.

Whether you have only just met with grief or you have been held under by it for some time, you can be free of its control.
