Each person's
grief is unique.
Grief comes in all shades of grey and sometimes fades in and out like the tide. Often it crashes in heavy waves.
It can also feel like your drowning, silently.
Wondering if it's ever going to end.
Wondering if you want it to end.
Deep grief is one of the hardest things you will ever experience in your life.
There is no timeline or end date at which point you are supposed to be done grieving...
and, there is no right way to grieve.
But, one thing is certain... you do not have to be alone in your grief.
Christie offers a program that consists of six sessions purposely designed to ride the waves of grief with you.
This program is more than conventional grief counselling. It offers 6 face to face support sessions, access to follow up in between and provision of resources.
There are tools and strategies to prepare us for the ebb and flow of grief, even if you're not sure if you are truly ready.
Whether you have only just met with grief or you have been held under by it for some time, you can be free of its control.
