Riding the Waves program has been designed with 'simplicity' in mind. Grief is everything but simple. It can be so overwhelming that it can be easy to succumb to neglecting ourselves and what we know we need in order to look after ourselves and our loved ones. This program ensures you have the support system around you in advance, with appointment bookings taken care of and a consistency of weekly sessions to ensure you stay afloat.
What if six sessions is not enough?
Add on sessions are available. The Grief Ocean recognises that each person grief is unique and there is no time limit. The 6 weeks is a minimum number to ensure you get the most out of the service.
What if I can't make my appointment?
